Cardio Stair Climber

Today didn't start off the greatest. Woke up tired, went back to sleep, missed my daily noon meeting. Felt a little out of whack. Got myself up and going around 2. Made my way to Bakersfield College, for the first time since the 90's got myself enrolled in classes. 2 classes this summer, 4 in the fall, then 1 or 2 in the spring and I will have my associates degree. Very excited and nervious at the same time. Went to visit dad at memorial, he seemed to be doing well today. Visited with him for a while, made a stag meeting, went to mexican restraunt. Hard to order healthy at a mexican food place. Subbed the beans and rice for salad, used very little dressing on the salad, salsa is a great substitute for dressing. Had some steak with onions and peppers. The stake came in some sort of gravy, didn't know that when I ordered. Hopefully it wasn't too loaded. Did not do well on my eat every 2 hours deal, this is going to be hard. Even with my phone set telling me when to eat, gona have to be a work in progress. Got 2 meals in all day. One thing I did succeed on is no diet soda, drank lots of water and unsweat iced tea today. OK, so finally get to the gym at 10. Met a guy I used to work with, he didn't even regonize me, not because of the weight loss, because of the look on my face. That felt good, was good to see you Kenny... Cardio today, decided to try the workout on the stair climber. Kicked my butt, was a very good one!!! Let me write this here so I dont forget 3=5 intesity 4=6 5=7 6=8 7=9 8=10...That was perfect where I am at right now....Tomorrow is upper body, looking forward to it... GO WARRIORS...
