OK, today was a good day. Did my first hike with the "hiking club". It was one of their "PT" hikes. Met up across from Calm, and hiked to the top of handglider hill. Went 4.2 miles, took 1.5 hours. Never had to stop and rest, the Mt Pino's hike I had to stop alot. Probably 2 things, the elevation, and i'm getting in better shape. Really noticing it on the lower body days, weight is going up. Lunges are getting easier. Man lunges, if you ever want a awesome work out, where ever you are, try doing 24 lunges, with out cheating!!! Then try the calve lifts. Do 10 on each step, and try 10 steps...I have to stop at different intervals and walk for a minute it burns so bad (good)...This weekend will be another test. Going to vegas to watch a pool tourney. Hears the plan. Tomorrow is lower body, so one of two things. If the hotel has a gym, gona use that. If not, look for a 24 hour fitness, have a nationwide membership. Saturday is a cardio day, gona walk the strip, take a long walk, and explore. I have always wanted to do that anyway. Beer was always on top of the list, not anymore!!! Mental Obsesion, GONE, still have an ocational craving, use my tools to get past those. The cravings are getting less and less, and shorter, think I will keep doing what I am doing. Seems to be working, just a tiny bit better, than the old me...That was about as sarcastic as you can be!!!! 8>)
