Upper body today, had a great workout. Starting to notice some definition in my arms. I don't recall ever seeing that my whole life. Even when I was an athlete. Starting to need to go up in weight. One in particular is my sholders. Need to find a new back and bicep excersise. Seems as I get stronger I need to find new challenges to reach that 10. Food is still a struggle, a struggle to eat enough. I havn't had anything off the plan since the last weigh in. Started drinking more water, and iced tea instead of Diet Pepsi. A friend at the gym recomends green tea, unsweat. I like green tea, think I will give it a shot. I would go nuts drinking water only, i'm thinking green tea is the next best thing. Gona have a challenge this weekend. Going to vegas friday sat sunday. I have my 24 hour app downloaded to find a gym, also think there is a gym at the hotel. For cardio, gona walk the strip. Watch all the drunks fall down, don't miss that life at all...Period!!!! Going to come home, with money in my pocket, feeling good!!! Will try and update tomorrow, then next update will come sunday...
